Woman sits with display of quilts at the Los Angeles County Fair. She holds one quilt on her lap and holds her hand out to another one. Other quilts hang on a rack behind her with tags attached to them.
A wide midway stretches back through the fair grounds at the Los Angeles County Fair. Visitors to the fair walk down the dirt thoroughfare. Along the midway's left side, livestock stables stand in a row, facing right. Signs over the entrances of the stables read, from left to right, "HOGS," "SHEEP," "CATTLE," and "CATTLE." Atop every 3rd stable, an American flag rises from a pole and waves in the wind. At right, a fenced-in structure enters frame. Mountains are visible in the background.
The 15th annual fair consisting of 205 acres of wonders will be running for seventeen days featuring animals, elaborate lights, entertainment, and lots of produce.
