In one hand he holds a large sea bass and in the other he holds a bamboo fishing pole. Directly behind him, equipment is stacked up on the pier at right and boats sit on the ground near the pier at left. Further back at left, cars are parked in front of businesses such as, "MERMAID CAFE," and "[CA]RDS & POO[L]." Telephone poles and lines occupy the background.
