El texto no indica procedencia ni autoría, se trata de un llamado general a toda la opinión pública europea para poder poner fin a la situación dictatorial en Chile.

Testimonio confidencial fotocopia mecanografiado escrito en inglés en el que se relata la persecución política a los estudiantes de la Universidad Técnica del Estado, en particular de tres estudiantes norteamericanos, quienes fueron arrestados y torturados en distintos recintos en los que se produjeron las más crueles vejaciones, violaciones y amenazas. Encontrando refugio en la Iglesia Católica, en la Embajada de las Naciones Unidas y asilo político en el exterior.

Description:
Official document appendix number I to the American Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man, created after World War II, to guarantee human integrity and dignity universally through 38 Rights. This declaration was the first international declaration of human rights in the world, and although it is not a legal contract, it assumes the responsibility and obligatory nature of its protection and compliance by the States that subscribe to the pact.

Documento presentado por la Central Única de Trabajadores Chile (C.U.T) en la 59a. Conferencia de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo, realizada en Suiza. En el texto se enumeran las violaciones de los derechos humanos cometidos por la Junta Militar en Chile, en específico de los Derechos Económicos, Sociales y de Libertad Sindical: 1) Estado de Derecho, 2) Sistema Constitucional, 3) Sufragio Universal, 4) Libertad de Enseñanza, 5) sistema Político Democrático, 6) Derechos de opinión e información, 7) Derecho a la Vida, 8) Derecho de reunión, 9) Libertades personales, 10) Derecho de Asilo. El texto se presenta como una resolución que invita a la comunidad europea a dar apoyo al pueblo trabajador chileno y repudiar la Dictadura Militar.
