Original document of the ICJ mission in Chile, this is a supplementary report that investigates the serious human rights violations committed by agents of the de facto State planned by the military junta. The text gathers personal data on the arbitrary arrests and detentions carried out by the military against the civilian population after the coup d'état on September 11, 1973. It includes names and personal data of some detainees who were illegally arrested and whose whereabouts are unknown, forming part of the national list of disappeared detainees.

Documento original en el que se reúnen una serie de artículos informativos publicados a través de medios de comunicación masiva los cuales fueron seleccionados y ordenados cronológicamente desde el mes de enero y el mes de junio del año 1981, los hechos vinculan a Chile y Sudáfrica cuya relación busca afianzar una alianza estratégica, dentro de éstos, se mencionan varias visitas bilaterales, dentro de las cuales algunos delegados militares del Apartheid viajaron a Chile para discutir con las Fuerzas Armadas de la Marina la posibilidad de implantar una alianza militar marítima entre los dos regímenes, con la intención de aumentar la participación de otros países, estratégicamente vía pacífico sur.
