This includes: Rancho Simi, (Javier, Patricio and Miguel Pico); Rancho San Fernando, (Juan Francisco Reyes); Rancho Topanga Malibu Sequit, (Jose Bartolome Tapia); and Rancho Los Nietos, (José Manuel Nieto).
