- ENGLISH: The following stories appeared in the East Africa and Rhodesia Newspaper on December 13, 1951; Tenders have been invited by the Northern Rhodesian Government for the erection of a 33-foot cenotaph in Lusaka to be built in dressed local blue stone with reinforced concrete frame, secondly , A warning was issued by the Uganda Game Department to bathers in the Kabaka's pool at Mengo that a three-foot crocodile has been located there
