El texto corresponde a la tercera parte de la síntesis general: "Eliminación o aniquilamiento de opositores" que denuncia la nueva forma de operar de la DINA la cual consiste en la desaparición, exterminio y la incomunicación absoluta de la situación y paradero de personas que previamente fueron detenidas o secuestradas por agentes del organismo de seguridad del Estado. Los registros, a través de diversos testimonios, dan cuenta de la preocupante situación del país que actúa al margen del sistema judicial, demostrando el total incumplimiento de pactos internacionales, la protección de los derechos humanos y la integridad física de los ciudadanos chilenos.
