Two-piece organdy dress with kidskin binding. The top is slightly flared and has a bateau neckline, empire waist and short sleeves. The kidskin binding is along the seams, including a center front seam (dividing the top into four sections) and along the hems. The short flared skirt h as leather binding on the hem.
