Wreckage of a plane crash that killed 34-year-old test pilot Clark McRoy and his 15-year-old passenger Russell C. Holt. Holt's father, Elwin E. Holt, watched the crash and saw the plane hit the ground 300 yards from his home. Holt said he saw his son wave from the plane before it went into a sharp dive.
