Text from newspaper caption: The problem of Christmas gifts is being solved easily by Compton Junior College students these days. They are giving a book of verse entitled, "Songs of a School-master." And why not? The author is Oliver Scott Thompson, president of the Junior College, who recently celebrated twenty years of service in Compton schools.
