Colorado Blvd. (later a freeway underpass area). Signs on the buildings read: "Used Car Dept., Graham-Paige, 245 W. Colorado, Sales Service, " "Coal & Wood," "H. R. Slayde.. Co. Accesso..."
The automobile, completely blanketed in flowers and greenery with "Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors" in flowers on the side. There are no riders visible in the car. The Pasadena Memorial Flagpole (Goodhue Flagpole) is visible behind the car in its original location in the middle of the intersection of Orange Grove and Colorado Boulevard.
