Undersheriff Gene Biscailuz, wearing fez, standing with cowboy escort and Indians from New Mexico at the Santa Fe (La Grande) Station. In all, 61 American Indians traveled from Gallup, New Mexico, to perform ceremonial dances at a Shriners' convention and included members of the following tribes: Hopi, Zuni, Laguna, Cochiti, Navajo, and Cherokee.
