Description:: Bert C. Beers, who filed a petition to appoint a guardian to his father's estate. The two women in the photographs may be his wife (left) and daughter, Alberta (center). Bert Beers claimed his father, Frank Beers (83), needed a guardian because he is not mentally capable of running his affairs. Bert Beers also requested annulment of his father's marriage to Brownie Parker Beers (53), claiming Frank Beers wasn't in his right mind when he eloped.
