Description:: 22-year-old ex-marine Nelson D. Boyer (center, hatless) with policemen at the site where he buried the body of his 42-year-old wife, Dorothy Doane Boyer. Boyer confessed to hitting his wife over the head with a dumbell on August 1, almost two months ago. Boyer said he was tired of his wife's nagging and that she would not allow him to divorce her. Boyer confessed to having premeditated the murder.
