Que la Constitución Política del Estado no representa a los que somos dueños de esta tierra. Los aymaras y quechuas somos la nación representados por la wiphala que tiene siete colores. El uso de esta bandera se dio un 2 de agosto en el gobierno de Gualberto Villarroel. 2. Que las abuelas (tayka) y los abuelos leen los diseños (saltas) de los textiles. Los textiles, antiguamente, eran mejor elaborados, por ejemplo, en el traje femenino negro (chiyär almilla). 3. Existe dentro de la comunidad una ley para respetarse (rispitasiña o muñasiña) y no haya conflictos (ch’axwa) ni odios (uñisiña). Los encargados de cuidar estos enfrentamientos son las autoridades denominados segunda mayor. 4. Sobre la nación de los flojos (jayra marka) donde vivían los ladrones (lunthata) y la autoridad principal (mallku). Los golpean con paja (wichhu) y les queman para que olviden robar y a quienes desobedecen (kuskulina) les queman con hierro (qillampi) y así los curaban. En el Tiempo de los Incas (layra inka timpu) había que caminar (sarantaña) honradamente. 5. La ley del agua (uma) se debe pensar en tres cielos de donde viene el agua: la nube (qinaya), las estrellas y el cielo azul. De la lluvia (jallu o awasiru) proviene el agua para que no se sequen los ríos (jawira). Si se deshielan los cerros ya no habría ríos ni riachuelos. Por eso se debe pedir (mayaña) a la Pachamama con ofrendas (asxata). La religión de los evangélicos nos dice que estamos ofrendando (asxata) a los demonios. Pero nosotros nos preocupamos (llakisiña) por el agua porque son los pechos (ñuñu) de la Pachamama, que nos brinda agua, y también ofrendamos por los tres cielos a todos los cerros (qullunaqa).<br>ENGLISH: Domingo Jiménez Aruquipa is interviewed by Juan de Dios Yapita and Denise Y. Arnold on the following topics: 1. About the Political Constitution of the State that does not represent those of us who own this land. SPANISH: Domingo Jiménez Aruquipa es entrevistado por Juan de Dios Yapita y Denise Y. Arnold sobre los siguientes temas: 1. El concepto de Estado concierne la tierra (uraqi). En los Yungas es conocida como jayna. Ellos practican el trabajo comunitario (mink’a), la reciprocidad (ayni) y el comercio sin dinero (qullqi). El Espíritu del Estado (wira mayku) es el hijo primogénito del Inca. Fue quien hizo aparecer la música y canto alegre (wayñu). Hace su aparición en carnaval hasta Tentación, y en las comunidades salen a los cerros con hondas (q’urawa) y lo despachan con wayñus, dándoles confites y duraznos. Los wira mayku aseguran la producción de los cultivos y es considerado el dueño de todos los alimentos y de toda la tierra. En el Tiempo de los Incas el tocaba el cuerno llamado pututu para agrupar a todos en uno (mayaqi), igual que un cabildo y llamaba a los alimentos para que germinen y crezcan. El Inca y su hijo wira mayku andan en un solo camino. Nosotros somos los nietos del Inca. El Estado cabildo está a cargo de Cóndor Mamani y esquina cabildo, y el ángel cabildo es la comida (manq’a). Cuenta que, al morir una persona, cae una estrella, y el espíritu entra (jalanti) igual que una semilla y nace otra estrella llamada "hermana de tres puntas" (kimsa punta kullaka). 2. La menstruación (wila uñtasiña) y los cuidados. Cuando termina el ciclo se lava con sal (jayumpi taxsaña). Les encargan a las mujeres jóvenes para no embarazarse (wawachasiña). También les dan a beber qinturaya, fibra roja (panti t’arwa) de llama y mulasillu para no tener hijos (wawa). Antiguamente (layra layra) decían que el encuentro sexual entre el hombre y la mujer está relacionado al encuentro del sol y la luna (intimpi phaxsimpi jikisipxi). 3. Que la mujer de cuerpo frío (thaya janchi) da a luz (wawachi) a los nueve meses y la mujer de cuerpo caliente (junt’u janchi) se desembaraza a los ocho meses. SPANISH: Domingo Jiménez Aruquipa es entrevistado por Elvira Espejo Ayca sobre los siguientes temas: 1. Las marchas que se hacen para cambiar debe ser un proceso lento (k’achat k’achat). Nosotros sabemos salir desde Nor Yungas y Sud Yungas e Inquisivi con nuestras banderas (wiphala), hasta llegar a la Iglesia de San Francisco de la ciudad de La Paz. 2. Las mujeres y su rol de autoridades antiguamente (layra layra) y en la actualidad. 2. De las regiones de cabeza de valle, puna y valle. En el altiplano (suni) le decía qatachu por ser una región donde no se produce seguido. Por eso entre qatachu y valle saben hacer libaciones (ch’alla) en la época de siembra (simillt’aña), lo mismo en los valles donde había leche (awila) y en la cabeza de valle que es la región donde produce de todo (achu). 3. Las mujeres siendo autoridad son muy buenas, porque tienen buena cabeza (suma p’iqi). Ellas son buenas tejiendo una variedad (kasta) de textiles, y elaborando (luraña) diferentes platos de comida (manq’a), mientras que los hombres trabajan en la tierra con sacos grandes (jatiyu o quyunta). Las hermanitas (kullakita) cantan (aymart’asiña) la canción del Padre con zapatos de oro y sombrero de plata (Quri sapatuni, qullqi sumwiritu, tatala). Las mujeres encargan (iwxan) una pareja con el camino que deben seguir (sarantaña) y cómo deben hacer en su vida de pareja. En la actualidad la mayoría son hombres (chachanaka) que cumplen la función de autoridad. Sin embargo, ellas también saben hacer de todo y contribuyen durante su participación en los cabildos. 4. En la región de Aymaya, en Potosí, están las siguientes autoridades: el segundo mayor, que está junto a los jilanqu o jilaqata. El segundo mayor debe solucionar conflictos de la comunidad, y el jefe de ayllu (jilanqu) es el encargado de cobrar impuestos (tasa) a los originarios, agregados y los sin tierras (wit'u). El alcalde es el encargado de reunir (ananuqi) a todos y el pachaka está a cargo de los sembradíos (yapu). El encargado de cuidar el agua es el wira mayku y el representante de cuidar que la gente no se pelee (nuwasi) es el jathamata. 2. Antiguamente no había la palabra "pobre", sino huérfano (wajcha jaqi). 3. SPANISH: Domingo Jiménez Aruquipa es entrevistado por Denise Y. Arnold y Elvira Espejo Ayca sobre los siguientes temas: 1. Las autoridades en el Tiempo de los Incas fueron Mamani el cobrador, Águila, Allqamari y Llama (Tilantiru o qarwa). Los líderes principales (mallku) elegían las autoridades. Actualmente las mujeres cantan (aymart’i) en cada elección de autoridad y para ser elegido debe tener suerte: a) Mallku samay, y b) Kurwa turu ajinti. Los insectos también tienen su autoridad, por ejemplo, el escarabajo (pankatiya) que es el líder (jilanqu). Las autoridades participan de la fiesta de Espíritu y San José, no deben faltar sino serán mal vistos. En el cabildo, que es la fiesta de la Pachamama, se elige las autoridades donde se reúne, también, dinero con el cobro de impuesto (tasa) que antiguamente se entregaba en la ciudad. Actualmente el dinero recaudado se queda en la comunidad para ayudar en la escuela, a los niños huérfanos (wajcha) para que estudien y otras actividades que necesite la comunidad. Esto hacían en el Tiempo de los Incas. Los Alcaldes y Pachaka son los que controlan a la autoridad principal (Mallku). Las autoridades elegidas son: Mallku, Kuraka, Jilaqata, Pachaka y Comisario. Don Domingo considera que de a poco los sindicatos se perderán y que prevalecerá el cabildo con su líder el mallku como autoridad principal, así como Felipe Quispe. Las autoridades van por el camino grande. Deben ser siempre elocuentes (suma parlaña), igual que el Inca. En la ciudad no crían rebaños, no son ricos, pero deben hacer libaciones para pedir dinero y ser ricos (qamiri).<br>ENGLISH: Domingo Jiménez Aruquipa is interviewed by Denise Y. De los textiles y las figuras de las estrellas en las mantas femeninas (awayu). Habla de la Joven Tejedora (Sawu tawaqu) o Melchora, y que se debe tejer para el líder del ayllu (mallku tilantiru). En el fondo (manqha) del cielo, donde están las estrellas, no serán perpetuas (wiñay). Las estrellas de la tarde (jayp’u) se terminarán y las estrellas que inician (qallti) son las que aguantarán. 2. Habla de un viaje que realizaron al Beni junto a Guillermo y Zacarías Callisaya. Hablaron de la Pachamama, del Rey Gaspar, Rey Melchora y Sawu Tawaqu. 3. Que la Joven Tejedora es una piedra (qala) que envió la estrella madre (tayka wara wara). Cada persona (jaqi) tiene su propia estrella. La estrella del fondo (manqha wara wara) fue quien inspiró en la mano a la madre (tayka) para tejer. Cada estrella tiene su nombre, por ejemplo, pensamiento, el hermano (jila), luminosa (qhana) y cinco cantutas (phisqha qantuta). 4. That Weaver Girl is a stone (qala) sent by the mother star (tayka wara wara). Each person (jaqi) has his or her own star. The star in the background (manqha wara wara) was the one that inspired the mother's hand (tayka) to weave. Each star has its name, for example, pansy, brother (jila), luminous one (qhana) and five cantuta flowers (phisqha qantuta). 4. Les enseña sobre el maíz (tunq’u o sara), y otros productos. 2. Les cuenta que antiguamente (layra timpu) el libro de los abuelos (achachila) fueron los textiles, y que había ciertos objetos culturales para hombres (chacha) y mujeres (warmi). Para las mujeres mayores (tayka) hubo la bolsa femenina (wistalla) y para los hombre mayores (awki) la bolsa pequeña de varón (wallqipu). ambos accesorios para guardar la coca. 2. SPANISH: Domingo Jiménez Aruquipa es entrevistado por Juan de Dios Yapita, y habla de los siguientes temas: 1. Las funciones que asume el yerno (tullqa) dentro de la familia. Durante las fiestas el yerno más cercano de la familia debe bailar la danza del cóndor (kuntur thuqu) que trae mucha suerte. Los instrumentos musicales que accompañana la música son el tambor hecho del cuero de llama (lamara), y la güira seca (pululu). Menciona a Bartolina Sisa y el sonido del cuerno de toro (pututu). 2. Describe el lugar denominado Chullpa Luyu donde beben cerveza de maíz (k’usa) y realizan libaciones (ch’alla). 3. Menciona las hierbas medicinales para la calentura, por ejemplo, la chinchalla que existe en cantidades en Quillacas. 4. During festivities the closest son-in-law of the family must perform the dance of the condor (kuntur thuqu), which brings good luck. The musical instruments that accompany the music are the drum made of llama hide (lamara), and the dry gourd (pululu). He mentions Bartolina Sisa and the sound of the bull's horn (pututu). 2. He describes the place called Chullpa Luyu where they drink corn beer (k'usa) and make libations (ch'alla). 3. He mentions the medicinal herbs for fever, for example, chinchalla that exists in quantities in Quillacas. 4.
