Description:
This scene, a dance routine featuring lead actress, Betty Hutton with two male dancers (possibly Eddie Kover and Don Kramer of the Miles & Kover Trio, as listed in the film's credits), apparently never made the final cut of the film, "Here Come the Waves." Other photos in the collection have shots of Betty Hutton alone, prior to the dance routine, and were also not in the film's final cut.

Description:
From the AFI listing: Director Lewis Milestone began directing the film in April, 1944, but was stricken with appendicitis in May and collapsed on the set. John Cromwell was then assigned to take over the direction, but was unable to do the job because of a previous commitment to shoot additional scenes for the 1944 film, "Since You Went Away." John Brahm then stepped in to direct.

William Bendix, Don Ameche, Vivian Blaine, Adolph Green, cast member and B. S. Pully in Greenwich Village

Description:
Actor/singer/songwriter, Adolph Green, was a member of the cabaret group, The Revuers. The film, "Greenwich Village," marked the screen debut of The Revuers, and although Hollywood Reporter indicated that The Revuers' "satiric sketch of a Shubert operetta" had been purchased by the studio for the film, their sequence was cut from the finished picture. The group appears only in the party scene at the apartment of character, 'Bonnie Watson.' In that scene, two of The Revuers, Alvin Hammer and Adolph Green, are also seen singing the song, "When You Wore a Tulip and I Wore a Big Red Rose," alongside actors, B. S. Pully, Don Ameche and William Bendix. The scene depicted in this photograph, however, does not appear in the film.
