Description:: Lake Sherwood is a reservoir created by the Sherwood Dam completed in 1904. The dam is located in the Santa Monica Mountains near Thousand Oaks, California. The construction of the dam created a 165 acre lake that was originally named Potrero Lake and later renamed Lake Sherwood. The lake was used as a film location for the 1922 film "Robin Hood" and the 1938 film "The Adventures of Robin Hood," among other movies.

Description:: The gardens of La Concepcion Historical-Botanical Gardens (La Concepción Jardín Botánico-Histórico de Málaga) were created by Amalia Heredia Livermore and her husband Marquis Jorge Loring Oyarzabal in 1850. They collected over three thousand species of plants from all around the world for the gardens.

Description:: Main entrance to Ketchaoua Mosque in Algiers. At the entrance, 29 steps lead up to a marble portico, with an octagonal minaret on each side (though only one is visible here). The Mosque is located at the foot of the Casbah, facing the Mediterranean Sea. Between 1845 and 1962, under French rule, the Mosque was converted into the Cathedral of St. Philippe, but was then converted back.
