Description:
Three clippings. The first has a few markings in magenta or pink on it. This clipping has three drawings of Cashin fashions that are available at Field Schlick. Shown are: a demi-coat with a versatile collar with a tweed-like mixture in Aurora pink, Venus blue and Erda borwn (costs $75); a three piece ensemble comprised of a slim skirt, camisole top, and a triangle stole (shawl?) (costs $65); and a dress and jacket ensemble comprised of a dress of fine knit mesh, and a jacket of heavy texture (costs $98.50). The second clipping shows a knitted costume of a short jacket and a slim sheath dress. The accompanying article discusses Cashin's recent knit wear collection. The third clipping has two drawings of lemon-gold shantung taffeta Cashin designs. One design is a cocktail skirt and the other is a raincoat.

Four clippings. Three are black and white, and one is in color.The first clipping shows a Bonnie Cashin for Joseph Guttman & Bros design. The knitted dress is "Aurora pink" while the jacket is an "Irish tweed" mixture of rosy red and pink. The outfit is paired with Helen Liebert's turban with white fringe plastic that looks like angora.The second clipping is text only. It discusses Cashin's spring collection and an award she received for her work on the exotic costumes created for "Anna and the King of Siam."the third clipping is a black and white image of a sour green sheath dress with a beige and green reversible coat. There is also hat with gold silken fringe.The fourth clipping is a color image of the outfit in the third clipping.

And they bring you Bonnie Cashin's Barnstormers, the gayest, most flattering raincoats on the fashion horizon today. Gone are dreary days of rain when everyone wore their oldest clothes. For Bonnie Cashin puts fashion in to "rainy" clothes. For evening and dressy wear, she uses pure silk taffeta shangtung in gold and trims it with a chic velvet bow tie. Copied exactly from an artist's smock, it has a flaring back, full graduated front, and elasticized bellow pockets. Sleeves are elasticized above a wide cuff to push high if desired.
