Stedson Wiltshire, also known as Red Plastic Bag or Mr. Ragga Ragga, is a well known calypsonian in Barbados who has won the Barbados calypso monarch competition (known as Pic o' de Crop Competition) numerous times. Wilthshire combined the sounds of reggae and soca music to form a new Caribbean genre of music known as ragga soca.
