Description:
Spanish: Informe antropológico forense realizado por los peritos de la Oficina de Derechos Humanos del Arzobispado de Guatemala, que describe el área geográfica donde se realizaron las excavaciones, un resumen sobre los hechos de la masacre perpetrada por el Ejército, en contra de Catequistas de la Iglesia Católica, durante el año de 1982. Se describen los procesos arqueológicos de las excavaciones, así también, los resultados de los análisis de laboratorio y la identificación de restos óseos y demás evidencia recuperada. Finalmente, se plantean las conclusiones y se anexan fotografías de los hallazgos de la investigación.<br>English: Forensic anthropological report carried out by the experts of the Human Rights Office of the Archbishopric of Guatemala, which describes the geographic area where the excavations were carried out, a summary of the facts of the massacre perpetrated by the Army against Catechists of the Catholic Church, during 1982. The archaeological processes of the excavations are described, as well as the results of the laboratory analysis and the identification of bone remains and other evidence recovered. Finally, conclusions are drawn and photographs of the research findings are attached.

Spanish: Informe antropológico forense realizados en el municipio de San Cristóbal Verapaz. Comprende la descripción geográfica del área de excavaciones, resumen antemortem, basado en testimonios. Sobre los hechos de violencia perpetrados entre 1981 y 1982. Se describe el proceso arqueológico de excavaciones, el análisis de laboratorio y el proceso de identificación de los restos humanos recuperados. Finalmente se plantean las conclusiones, referencias bibliográficas y se anexan fotografías de todos los procesos.<br>English: Forensic anthropological report conducted in the municipality of San Cristobal Verapaz. It includes the geographic description of the excavation area, antemortem summary, based on testimonies. About the acts of violence perpetrated between 1981 and 1982. It describes the archaeological process of excavations, the laboratory analysis and the identification process of the human remains recovered. Finally, conclusions, bibliographical references and photographs of all the processes are annexed.

Spanish: Informe sobre los resultados de la investigación antropológico forense interpuesta por miembros de la comunidad de Chiquisis. Contiene información monográfica referencial, resumen de los hechos de la masacre, descripción de la nomenclatura de trabajo aplicada para el registro de los restos óseos recuperados y la descripción general del contexto de la exhumación. Se describe la metodología de trabajo aplicada en el proceso de análisis de laboratorio y resumen del proceso de identificación de las víctimas. Finalmente, se establecen las conclusiones, bibliografía y anexos (mapas, fotografías, croquis, otros).<br>English: Report on the results of the forensic anthropological investigation filed by members of the Chiquisis community. It contains referential monographic information, summary of the facts of the massacre, description of the work nomenclature applied for the registration of the recovered bone remains and general description of the context of the exhumation. The work methodology applied in the laboratory analysis process is described, as well as a summary of the victim identification process. Contiene la siguiente información: Datos de ubicación geográfica y vías de acceso del área de excavación; síntesis de los hechos de violencia, nomenclatura de trabajo aplicada al registro de los restos óseos recuperados; descripción del proceso de análisis de laboratorio y el proceso de identificación de la víctima. Finalmente se incluyen las conclusiones del informe, bibliografía y anexos.<br>English: The report contains the results obtained in the forensic anthropological investigation, carried out by the exhumation team of the Human Rights Office of the Archbishopric, with the collaboration of the victim's relatives.
