Text reads: Baldwin Gems Sold to Broker. Million-Dollar Family Jewels of Clara Stocker Dispersed by Executors. New York, Dec. 6 (Exclusive)--Harry Winston, Fifth-avenue diamond broker, today announced the purchase of the jewels of the late Mrs. Clara Baldwin Stocker, daughter of E. J. (Lucky) Baldwin, pioneer California mining operator, gambler and sportsman. The collection is reported to be valued at approximately $1,000,000. The purchase was made from Albert E. Snyder and Mrs. Rosebud Mullender, son and daughter of Mrs. Stocker and executors of the estate. The jewelry included hundreds of stones, totaling more than 1000 carats. There are tiaras, necklaces, rings, earrings, festoons, pendants and vanity cases. The jewels will arrive here on Tuesday, Mr. Winston said.
