Description:: Attorney and former Judge Robert M. Clarke adjusts the costume of Lawyer Norman A. Bailie. The men participated in a pageant presented by the Los Angeles Bar Association, "The Making of the Constitution of the United States of America," at the Philharmonic Auditorium. Bailie was portraying Robert Morris of Philadelphia, and the other participants played other authors of the United States Constitution.
