Description:: Mr. and Mrs. Henry Clark take stock of their belongings after heavy storms bring devestating floods to the Montrose and La Crescenta area. The flood left 42 dead and 72 missing in its immediate aftermath, with an estimated $5 million in property damages (at 1934 prices). Some six hundred families were left in need of aid after the flooding. The storms also caused flooding in the Venice area of Los Angeles.
