Description:: Peggy McDonald attends the funeral of actress Jean Harlow, who died of uremic poisoning at the age of 26. The funeral was held in the "Wee Kirk O' the Heather" chapel in the Forest Lawn Memorial cemetary in Glendale, California.Ms. McDonald befriended Harlow when they met on set, where McDonald worked as a hairdresser. She, along with three other women close to Harlow, dressed and styled the deceased actress for her funeral and subsequent burial.
