Description:: View of Dr. Ajika Amano seated in collared shirt, tie, and doctor's coat with eye diagram in background. Dr. Amano was the president of the Los Angeles Japanese Hospital before and after the hospital merged with the Southern California Japanese Hospital in 1935. The hospital eventually relocated and was renamed City View Hospital in 1961.
