Another photo is this series shows the address as "11979 San Vincente Blvd". However, the address of the building appears to have changed and is now "11950 San Vincente Blvd".

Couple seated in front of the Hotel Playa Ensenada, Ensenada, 1931

Description:
Couple seated on bench with decorative tile and urn in front of brick-paved entrance to the Hotel Playa Ensenada. Later known as the Hotel Riviera del Pacifico, the hotel opened on October 31, 1930. It was an elegant gambling casino developed by the North American Compañía Mexicana del Rosarito. The architect was Gordon E. Mayer. The hotel was closed and partly demolished in 1964. Partly rebuilt in 1978, the hotel was reopened as the Centro Social, Cívico y Cultural de Ensenada.

Description:
Opera singers performing in “L’Elisir d’amore.” The stage is filled with cast members dressed as Basque villagers. At center, a singer portraying Dr. Dulcamara stands on an elaborately decorated wagon, holding a bottle of elixir. His assistant, wearing a pith helmet and holding a crop, stands next to the wagon. Portions of background sets in the forms of houses and trees can be seen behind the players. Among the performers is Natalie Garrotto, likely playing the role of Giannetta (peasant girl). She wears ballet flats, full skirt with floral embellishments, and a white shawl. Photographed at Santa Monica High School Amphitheatre.

Fountain and bench erected by Angelo Zanetta in front of his family home, San Juan Bautista, 1932

Description:
Fountain and bench placed by Angelo Zanetta in front of his family home, the Plaza Hall-Zanetta House. This house was originally built in 1797-98 by the Spanish for unmarried Mutsun Indian girls but it fell into disrepair during Castro's military presence in the area. In 1868, Zanetta bought the property and used the adobe bricks to to form the ground floor or a two story building. The Zanetta House is in San Juan Bautista State Historic Park, the bell tower of Mission San Juan Bautista can be seen in the background of this photo. Inscription on the fountain says: "Erected, A. Zanetta, 1870."
