Photograph of the Yreka jail viewed from across the street. A dirt street passes across the foreground on an upward angle from the lower right corner towards the left and out of frame. On the right, or far side of the road, the jail stands on the street corner. A stone wall encircles the building; a doorway is cut into the middle of the side of the wall that runs parallel to the street. Beyond the stone wall, the brick jail rises and peeks above the wall. Description:
Photograph of Yreka Bakery standing along the side of a dirt street passing through Yreka. A dirt street stretches through the image on an upward angle from the lower left corner and receding into the distance at right. The bakery lines the left side of the road. It is of lumber construction and is viewed at an angle. The short side is nearest to camera at left and the long side runs parallel to the road. A tall stovepipe extends from the center of the roof and out of frame. Signage atop the roof reads, "BAKERY AND CONFECTIONERY." Fencing extends from the long side of the building, towards the left and out-of-frame. Posters are affixed to the side of the fence; they read: [first sign unreadable], "MASTIFF PLUG CUT FOR THE HAIR [... ?] MASTIFF PLUG CUT [... ?]," and "[SMGEE?] PLUM LONG CUT." The Parade in 1936 was supported by the Santa Monica Bay district clubwomen and civic leaders, with Mayor Gillette and the City Council also providing their support. The Flowers were supplied by city parks and private gardens.

The Casa de Don Dolores Sepúlveda was an adobe home an adobe home located near San Vicente Springs at South Bundy Drive and Nebraska Ave. José Dolores Sepúlveda, b. 1826-1905, was the son of Francisco Sepúlveda, holder of the original land grant for Rancho San Vicente y Santa Monica. The home was once part of Rancho San Vicente.
