- Birdseye view of the Rose Parade with the Arcadia's "May Day" float in front. The float featured the kindergarten orchestra (Evangeline Beach, Buddy Fremhere, Jean Ross, Betty Corwin, Eleanor Lee Jack Vertolina and Millie May Pranchan, conducted by George Peckham and with Doris Joslin as organist) and teacher Dorothy Marks (as queen) and dancers (Frances Summers, June Canady, Winota Berry and Durston Williams). This is followed by the Anaheim float. The buiding on the right is located at 42 W. Colorado Blvd.
