Description:: Will E. MacFaden (1913-1992) and Robert W. Kenny (1901-1976), pose together as two of California's youngest judges. William E. MacFaden (1913-1992) became the youngest judge in the state of California when he was sworn in as Redondo Beach city judge on July 1934.Robert W. Kenny was a former reporter and one of the youngest judges selected to serve as a Superior Court Judge in Los Angeles. He was appointed on December 6, 1932. He later served as the 21st Attorney General of California.

Description:: Former Ku Klux Klan Kleagle, Ray J. Schneider (left), and Attorney General Robert W. Kenny holding Klan robes which were found in the Walker Auditorium Building at a trial in which the court was attempting to preemptively disrupt the reformation of the Klan and ultimately outlawed it in California. Schneider testified, along with other former officials, that he had had no involvement with the Klan since the war.

Powers, R.W. Kenny, chairman Daniel J. Metzger, and Frank J. Gordon. Church was accused of contributing $80,000 to Governor Olson's campaign fund to become the "sole boss of California horse racing." During the investigation, Church asserted that the claim was not true.
