El programa radial inicia saludando a los oyentes, seguidamente hacen tocar dos canciones autóctonas de la región. Consecutivamente, Cipriana Apaza Mamani relata la historia de Túpac Katari, brindando a los oyentes datos biográficos y su liderazgo para los pueblos indígenas. Después la emisora toca una canción del Perú y más música del Altiplano. Finalmente, doña Cipriana narra la historia de Bartolina Sisa.<br>ENGLISH: On the radio program Amt'apisipxañani, on the radio station Emisoras Unidas, a man, whose name is unknown, and Cipriana Apaza Mamani, from the Instituto de Lengua y Cultura Aymara, in La Paz, present a program focused on the commemoration of the great indigenous leaders Túpac Katari and Bartolina Sisa. The radio program begins by greeting the listeners, then they play two native songs from the Altiplano region. Consecutively, Cipriana Apaza Mamani tells the story of Túpac Katari, providing listeners with biographical data and his leadership towards indigenous peoples. Then the radio station plays a song from Peru and more Altiplano music. Finally, Doña Cipriana tells the story of Bartolina Sisa.

Benita Ariani es adulta mayor, habla un poco de su familia. Comenta que en su juventud iba a pie a trabajar hasta la mina Kaluyu (rawajir saraña), así como, que en la época de la hacienda los foráneos se adueñaban de las tierras (misti katuriri) a título de deudas (manu). Termina indicando que las danzas tradicionales de antes eran varias, por ejemplo, en Semana Santa se bailaba la Lakita. 3. Mariano Mendoza Mamani cuenta del lugar denominado Janq'u Qala y los nombres de las piedras como muyu qala. Habla de las costumbres de antes en Semana Santa, del rol de las autoridades originarias llamadas jilaqata, el cabildo (kawiltu) y de ser obligados a pasar destocados por las puertas de la iglesia (sumiru asaqasis ignjis pasaña). Menciona las danzas tradicionales del mes de octubre, como qarwani, ch'unch'u y otros. Menciona que para la siembra siguen los bioindicadores (lumasa) como la totora (tutura) y otros. Describe los cultivos que siembran, y la vestimenta de antes. 4. Tomasa Alvarado narra dos cuentos, uno sobre la Pedida de Mano (Irpasiri) y el otro sobre el Techado de Casa de Antes (Nayra Utachasiwxata). 5. Que antes los jóvenes no podían enamorar, porque los matrimonios eran organizaos por sus padres. Primero los padres del varon tenían que hacer tres visitas (sart'a) a los padres de la joven, y solo cuando aceptaban se procedía con la pedida de mano (irpaqa) y los llevaban a casar ante el cura. 3. El viaje se su padre hasta Awallamaya y Rusa Pata para la compra de ovejas (iwij alaña), y cómo los transportaban en bote hasta llegar a Chicharro. Hacían charque de oveja (iwij ch’arki) e hilaban (qapuña) y luego los llevaba a vender a los Yungas. 4. Los viajes de su padre hasta Chile para comprar llamas (qarwa) y burros. 5. Que cuatro de sus hermanos fueron a la Guerra del Chaco, dos de ellos murieron en la guerra, uno regresó sano, pero el otro regresó mal herido, con parálisis en la mitad del cuerpo. 6. Las tierras que encontró su bisabuelo, que, para tener el título de propiedad según la ley, él y otros comunarios del lugar tuvieron que ir a trabajar a la mina de Potosí durante un año. 7. Dos cuentos folklóricos: del Condenado y los Tres Viajeros (Kuntinarumpi Kimsa Wiyajirunakampi), y del Viajero y sus Tres Perros (Mä Wiyajiruta anunakapampi). 8.
