Poster held by Louise M. Darling Biomedical Library. History & Special Collections, Collection no. 306, item FR132.
Poster issued in 2003 (Base documentaire, Banque de donées, santé publique)
Poster depicts a map of "Les Halles-Beaubourg" section of Paris. Three locations on the map are marked with a black dot surrounded by the text: "Vous n'êtes plus içi" [You are no longer here]; these dots and text mimic the standard map marking "Vous êtes içi" [You are here]. The dots symbolize deaths from AIDS.
Part of an anti-AIDS campaign from the Mairie of Paris. The logo for the campaign appears in the lower left corner of the poster: the words "Paris Plaisirs, Paris Capotes" [Paris pleasures, Paris rubbers] circling an image of a condom.
