Stockburger and Braunschweiger stand beside each other in front of what looks like a podium, both men staring off into the distance behind the camera.
According to Stockburger, Governor Mirriam has not proposed to expand any activities and the government will be held within the limits to which it has been restricted in past emergencies.
The photograph is shown with an article from 1935, however, the stamped date on the negative sleeve gives the year 1934.
