Text from newspaper caption: Six speeds ahead but not much speed has this old two-cylinder horseless carriage which chugged at fifteen miles an hour from Santa Cruz. Paul Hubbard, center, the owner, said it gets forty miles to a gallon. They built it in 1900. Mrs. F. Lacey and U. T. Harris are looking it over.
