Mr. Nelson sits in the courtroom. An unidentified man, possibly Nelson's lawyer, leans over the rail to speak to him.
After being accounted for charges of bigamy, Nelson was also arrested for failure to pay child support for his adopted children Norman and Alice according to his first wife Dorothy Nelson. He married his second wife, Marion Mickley Nelson, six days after obtaining a divorce from Dorothy, the divorce decree however was found to be fraudulent.
