Phyllis Troncale, 16-years-old, stands on a stairwell near a window. She has dark, curly hair and wears a dark dress or skirt with a buttoned vest. She leans against what appears to be a wooden banister. Troncale was struck by a car when crossing a street and suffered from a broken leg. The judge in her suit against the driver advised her to demand more than the $1200 settlement offer.
