Former actress Connie Caskey is back in court to demand ex-husband V. M. Caskey to pay her $300 in relation to the divorce from her he had been granted several months prior. Mr. Caskey pointed out that he had won the divorce on the grounds of extreme cruelty and Judge Valentine denied Connie's request for alimony as a result.
