Description: Thousands of people including patients and their families were present as civic leaders spoke at the dedication ceremony of the County General Hospital.
Dr. Magan stands at a podium, the first row of folding chairs behind him occupied by Baine, Thatcher, McDonough, and Jensen. There are several other rows of chairs behind them with other unidentified men and women.
