Derailed train engine is surrounded by bystanders and railroad workers. The numbers "4355" and "76" can be seen on its front. Two railroad tracks are present, including the one the engine is derailed from. In the distance, power lines, houses, and trees can be seen. The Southern Pacific Railroad locomotive had collided with a seven-ton sand truck on the train tracks in Glendale. A dozen people were injured, with no fatalities.
