- Description
- Ḍholki, resting on a textile at the shop of Abdul Karim Ismail Sahab. The ḍholki is a small double-headed membranophone. Cotton lacing is tightened with the dumbbell-shaped wooden or metal tighteners. The smaller, higher-pitched head (left) is usually played by right hand, and the larger, lower-pitched head (right) is usually played by left hand.
