A bottle very identical or similar to this one with a 1928 date on the bottom of the bottle was sold on the ebay (09/16/2013).
Photograph of an ornate Arrowhead 5 gallon bottle (demijohn) with the diamond-shaped arrow logo embossed over the entire surface of the bottle (over 400 arrowheads) and a paper label. The bottle is set on a stoneware water cooler with "Arrowhead" incised (bottom center) in it.
In 1917, the Arrowhead Spring Company moved its bottling plant to Los Angeles. In 1929 it merged with the company that marketed Puritas water. - Caption
