Description

Postmaster Mary Briggs, custodian of new Federal Building, yesterday announced that postoffice section of structure will open Jan. 23. Other sections of building, including courtrooms, offices of United States Attorney and Marshal, will be in use in six or seven weeks.
The empty room has no windows and shows seats and dividers made of wood.
