Smiles are all around as one of the sisters holds a large pair of scissors less than an inch from Mayor Flynn's face while the other holds a mirror for him to watch.
A sneak preview of the fiesta of the 26th and 27th was given at the Times building yesterday, where hoards of high school students were brought to give a concert, the students wearing costumes and the events also attracting family groups and grammar school children in the evening
