According to the negative sleeve, this set of photographs is captured in color. The scans of these images are in black and white.
An out-of-focus photograph of a rainbow arcing over the Niagara River and in front of the hydroelectric power plant. Vegetation grows in the foreground along the bottom edge and partially up the left side. A tree stands along the right edge. In the near distance, the Niagara River flows below. Arced light is barely visible hovering over the river, just left-of-center. Behind it and above the Niagara River, a hydroelectric power plant sits low along the bank of the Niagara River on the Canadian side. A cliff side rises behind it and across the image in the background. Four punched holes line the lower left edge.
