Notes
- Description
- Photograph of William L. Kinsell posing beside the cornerstone of the Hollywood United Methodist Church on Franklin Avenue. William Kinsell stands in the near distance, right-of-center, beside the corner of the church. He rests a hand in his pocket as he looks to the camera. The church rises behind him. To the left of William, the church's cornerstone is inset into the building at center. Its inscription reads, "FIRST METHODIST EPISCOPAL CHURCH OF HOLLYWOOD . ERECTED . A.D. 1929. TO THE GLORY OF GOD & THE WELFARE OF MANKIND." Beneath the inscription, 2 shrubs sit on the ground. Along the left edge, a small tree stands. Its branches extend towards and hang over the cornerstone. The side of the church stretches back and to the right behind William. A walkway runs alongside it at far right.
