Photograph of a sundial on a courtyard wall at Scotty's Castle in Death Valley National Monument, as viewed from below. Beyond the latticed logs, the top of a courtyard wall stretches along the bottom edge. In the lower right corner, a sundial is inset onto a tower wall. A cupola sits atop the tower that stretches above the sundial. Clear skies occupy the majority of the image.
