Description

Photograph of a new store being constructed next to Frances Wells' property in Big Bear Lake. A street passes through the foreground on an upward angle from right to left. On the far side of the road, at center, a store under construction stands. It is viewed at an angle from the front. A worker sits on a bench in front of the store's front right opening. Lumber framing wraps around the sides and a lumber roof sits atop the framing. A single dormer sits on the roof. At right, Frances Wells' property stands in partial view at right, extending beyond the frame. It sits back on the lot. At left, another building stands in partial view, extending beyond the frame. Glare enters the image along the left edge.
