Photograph of a new store being constructed next to Frances Wells' property in Big Bear Lake. A street passes through the foreground on an upward angle from right to left. A building stands in partial view along the right edge. On the far side of the street, a car is parked, left-of-center. It is viewed from the side and faces left. Behind and to the right of the car, Frances Wells' dwelling sits back on the property. It is viewed from the front. Two windows are at center and at far right and left, 2 entrances jut forward, facing each other. At left, behind the car, a new store is under construction. Lumber framing wraps around the sides and a lumber roof sits atop the framing. In the background, another house stands behind and between the new store and Frances Wells' property.
