- An out-of-focus photograph of Mertie West posing in the entrance to Shawcreek Lodge. The photograph tilts down towards the left. A wood plank walkway stretches from the bottom edge and back towards the lodge at center. The lodge's enclosed entrance juts forward from the front of the building. The door is open; Mertie West stands inside the door frame and looks to the camera. Over the door, a sign reads, "SHAWCREEK LODGE BUS STOP." The building extends behind Mertie and across the image, exiting frame at left.
