The concrete walkway stretches across the bottom edge of the image. The Siemsens stand at center in a row across the back edge of the walkway. They all look to the camera. Richard holds a cane out to the right. Neighboring yards cascade behind them. Some houses are visible standing in a row at left and recede towards the horizon at center. Griffin Avenue is visible in the distance at far right. It extends from the right and back towards center. A tall palm tree in a neighboring yard stands behind Dorothea Burgess.
