The wheel's paddles extend above the framing and out to the right. A pipe extends from the wooden framing and towards the camera, exiting the frame near the lower left corner. Tall grasses surround the wheel and extend into the distance. A building stands in the background at right. In the far distance, a low mountain rises, left-of-center.
